Do you also do translations without revision?

Although we don’t recommend it for texts for publication, this is certainly an option for internal use.

What is your quality policy?

Quality is our absolute top priority. We only use native speakers with a fluent writing style. Our selection procedures are strict, just like our quality control. Better, Best, Blue Lines.

How do you handle personal data?

We have taken numerous steps to ensure compliance with the privacy legislation. You can read more about this in our privacy policy.

Do you treat confidential documents with discretion?

Absolutely. All our employees and translators sign a confidentiality agreement. This means you can send us your confidential documents with complete peace of mind. Do you have your own NDA? As long as it does not contain ‘crazy stuff’, we’ll return it to you signed.

Can you also do urgent translations?

Do you have a specific deadline in mind? Let us know. We’ll pull out all the stops to get it done on time.

How long will a translation take?

Much depends on the volume, the language combination(s), the complexity of the source text, the availability of suitable translators for your area of expertise and so on. This means there is no one-size-fits-all answer, but we can give you a guideline:

  • Up to 500 words: delivery within 24 hours if necessary, preferably within 48 hours.
  • Up to 1000 words: delivery within 48 hours if necessary, preferably within 72 hours.
  • Up to 5000 words: delivery within 72 hours if necessary, preferably within 96 hours.
  • Large volumes (from 5000 words upwards): calculate 2000 words per working day.

How much does a translation cost?

Our prices are based on the number of words in your source text. We count the words in your text and multiply them by the word price. The word price depends on the language combination requested. If there is a lot of repetition in the text, you will get a discount. Ask for a quotation by email or using the quotation form.
